TBDA Policies
- We do not issue refunds, transfers or credits for withdrawing from a dance class mid-Term
- Payment of Term Fees is non-refundable and non-transferable
- We do not offer “Make Up” lessons for missed classes (due to injury, illness or another commitment)
- All missed classes must be paid for, a “credit” or “make up” class will not be issued if away on holidays during the Term
- An email that confirms your withdrawal from a class is required to be sent before the start of the next Term
- A TBDA class may be cancelled, combined or put on hold if suitable numbers for the class are not achieved or maintained
- All TBDA classes are conducted behind closed doors.
- Parents and siblings are not permitted inside to watch a TBDA dance class, unless invited by the class teacher
- Personal recordings or taking photos of children in their dance class is strictly prohibited.
- “Open Classes” will be offered at the end of Term 1 and Term 2 only
- All Mobiles Phones must be kept packed away in dance bags and switched to silent
- Parents are asked to wait outside the hall before your child’s class is due to conclude
- If you are going to be late collecting your child, a message confirming this must be sent to Miss Tanya, and this message will be passed directly on to the TBDA teacher
- If a TBDA teacher is left waiting at the end of a teaching day/evening for a student to be collected, a late pick-up fee of $10 (per 10 minutes waiting) will be charged at Miss Tanya’s discretion
Late Payment Policies:
- All Term Fees not paid in full by the due date, will receive an updated invoice, that will not include the “Multiple Class” discount
- Term Fee Invoices that are more than 7 days late will incur a late fee charge of $10 per week, until full payment has been received.
